Well today I spent the day scouting the venue for the upcoming Supanova 2010 in Sydney as well as collecting the tickets for the day itself. It’s been a good 3 years since I’ve been to the intercity area of Sydney. It is pretty much as I remember it since nothing much has changed. Bustling with people getting off, drunken homeless men wondering the stations harassing elderly Asian women, buskers earning their money in the tunnels, delinquent kids skipping school riding the trains without paying for a ticket and evading the train conductors. Life in Sydney has pretty much preserved itself in Sydney during the time I was away. I kind of miss that, but it also made me miss the safety and security that Singapore had offer me while I was there. Obviously now I have to take extra precautions when traveling to the intercity parts of Sydney now, especially after the events of today.
Any who, here are the hard earned tickets for me and comrade Deidara. Where’s Crim’s tickets? Well the 501st Legion are issuing his so he has to deal with them.
