Those steampunk “girls” are original cosplay. One of them has a site here. They’re cosplaying guys though–Tweedledee and Tweedledum from Alice in Wonderland.
They have a full crew, I think. Complete with steampunk’d Queen of Hearts, White Rabbit, March Hare etc.
